Red Sox Sign Alex Cora

by @ 6:35 pm. Filed under 2007 Season

The Red Sox re-signed utility infielder Alex Cora to a two year, $4 million deal this weekend.  Cora is a light hitter (career .344 slugging) but he can play anywhere in the infield and while he’s not a great fielder, he’s good enough and he gives the Red Sox versatility.  I’d like to see the Red Sox use this spot to get a little more pop, but Theo Epstein must see something in the guy.

See if another title will be won by purchasing Green Bay Packers Tickets for the season. One of the model franchises is in Foxboro as New England Patriots Tickets are tough to get. The NFC East is pretty competitive so get New York Giants Tickets to see the rivalries. With a new identity New York Jets Tickets are great for the new stadium.
