Harry Hooper Has Four Hits In Red Sox Win

Red Sox 7, White Sox 0  (31-20)

For the third time in four games, a Red Sox pitcher threw a shutout.  This time it was Carl Mays, who held the White Sox to three hits and four walks with two strikeouts.

Harry Hooper had a monster day at the plate with four hits and two runs.  Wally Schang had just one hit but he crossed the plate twice.
