Red Sox 7, Athletics 1  (1-0)

The Red Sox won their home opener behind some solid hitting and a four hit start by Babe Ruth.  Ruth gave up just one run on four hits with two walks and three strikeouts and he held the A’s scoreless over the final seven frames.

Right fielder Harry Hooper brought the big stick to the game from the leadoff spot.  He doubled twice and scored a run while shortstop Everett Scott went two for three with two runs.

See if another title will be won by purchasing Green Bay Packers Tickets for the season. One of the model franchises is in Foxboro as New England Patriots Tickets are tough to get. The NFC East is pretty competitive so get New York Giants Tickets to see the rivalries. With a new identity New York Jets Tickets are great for the new stadium.
